Do you keep all items in stock?

We only keep essential items in stock, but depending upon your order it can generally be supplied in less than 24hours.

What are the payment terms?

Payment is due 28 days from the date of the invoice.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is generally included, but there have been occasions when a customer desperately requires an item that needs a special delivery that can incur a delivery cost. In these cases we will provide an upfront cost for this. We have no hidden costs with everything clearly visible on our quotes.

Do you charge for emergency call outs?

No. We only ever charge for the work carried out and do not penalise our customers.

Do you register equipment that you have supplied with the manufacturer?

Yes. Where required Schools AV will register equipment on your behalf at no additional cost.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

All our quotes are tailored to offer you best value competitive pricing, so large volume orders would have discount applied.

Do you provide batteries?

Where required we always provide replacement items, such as remote controls, with batteries so they are ready to use when they arrive.
